In Keep No Secrets, Part 1, I described how critical it is that education leaders not break this important trust-building commandment of communication. Another important doctrine to follow religiously when communicating educational information to school district patrons is the Taxpayer’s Bill of Rights.
Your community has the right to be informed. And as a servant leader, you are responsible for informing them.
