Career Development | Team & Individual Coaching | Leadership and Team Development

Professionals retain coaches for a variety of reasons. Primarily, working with a confidential confidant provides leaders with a safe space to discuss everything from practical strategies to career planning. Here are the most common reasons I am retained:

  • Career Coaching: I gauge your readiness and develop a career path to your desired professional goals.

  • Application Coaching: I review your application, resume, cover letter, and letters of reference.

  • Interview Coaching: I help you build this critical professional skill set by refining your ability to effectively enter and exit the interview, seamlessly respond to tough questions, understand your audience, identify non-verbal behaviors you may not be aware of, and remaining poised and collected.

  • Ongoing Support: I am a phone call, Zoom room, or in-person meeting away from helping you navigate your greatest challenges.

  • Team Coaching: I work with Governance teams, Cabinet teams, and school and district leadership teams to build effective and high functioning teams grounded in contemporary management and best practices for peak performance.

  • Decision-Making: I work with Boards of Education and district leadership teams to utilize a variety of decision science tools to ensure a defensible decision is made every time.

Decision-Making Skill Development

If you do not use decision science as the foundation for decision-making you're vulnerable to internal and external attacks. I facilitate problem-solving and decision analysis processes that meet statutory requirements such as LCAP or 7/11 Committee work.

Board/Superintendent Relations & Strategic Planning/Branding

School district governance is not easy. Intentionality in developing processes and protocols support and sustain a team focused on student achievement. High-functioning governance teams articulate a shared vision, mission, and core values that guide strategic planning and maintain their brand.
